We have broad distribution capabilities in the Private Capital Markets, with particular focus in Infrastructure Finance, private equity and debt capital. How We Got Here
Gruppo, Levey and Co. was founded in 1992 by experienced industry executives, to provide independent financial advisory services to business owners, financial sponsors and management teams in the $1.5 trillion direct marketing industry. Over the years, the firm has continued to evolve to address changing market conditions and technology.

What’s Next
Today, transactions are driven by capital providers, not by the users of capital. To more effectively serve our corporate clients, we have significantly expanded our distribution capabilities in the Private Capital Markets, with a particular focus in Infrastructure Finance, private equity and debt capital.

Responding to our “users of capital” clients, GLC recently broadened its coverage in disruptive technologies which affect all 4 of its core sectors. One of our unwavering perspectives in transaction development is that technology, as it exists today, creates a huge opportunity for our clients to monetize the intrinsic value of both their content and data.
