Chris Smith joined GLC as a Managing Director in Structured Finance. His primary focus rests on municipalities, cities and states, specifically getting their infrastructure projects funded.
Chris has over two decades of experience in the investment banking arena, most recently in the Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas Group at Source Capital Group. His expertise spans commercial real estate development, M&A and structured finance.
Chris received a B.A. in Economics from Union College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University.
Some things people may not know about Chris:
- Boxed in the NYC Golden Gloves at age 16
- Was an investment advisor to many NFL stars including several on the New York Jets…a big thrill
- Played drums in a number of popular rock bands in NYC during high school and college
