Errol Antzis joined GLC in February, 2011 as Managing Director of Digital Media and Entertainment. He focuses on financial advisory services, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for both traditional and new media and entertainment companies, specializing in online businesses and those migrating to a greater online presence.

Before joining GLC, Errol spent six years as an entrepreneur and principal in the entertainment industry, with firms including a diversified entertainment company, an online music services business, and a music magazine publishing company. Based upon this, Errol brings a significant degree of direct operating expertise to his work with client companies, and a better understanding of his clients’ needs and issues.

Prior to his work in the entertainment field, Errol enjoyed a twenty-three year career in investment banking and private equity, financing and advising media, entertainment, telecommunications and technology companies.

Errol graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, and from New York University with an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance.

Some things people may not know about Errol:

• As of 11/7/2011, owns a collection of 147 guitars (UPDATE - as of 5/3/2012, owns a collection of 161 guitars)
• First paying job was as a phone salesman of subscriptions to the Westchester Pennysaver magazine
• Has released three CD’s of original music, the latest distributed by Sony
