Michael Grant is a Director of Private Capital Markets in the Capital Formation Group. He has over a decade of experience in investment banking and private equity.
Recently Michael was a Limited Partner and Vice President at DMB Capital Partners where he focused on making growth equity investments in middle market companies.
Prior to DMB Capital Partners, Michael was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch where he executed numerous advisory and public and private capital raising transactions.
Michael received a B.S. degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.
Some things people may not know about Michael:
- Has two beautiful children in diapers so is perpetually sleep-deprived
- An avid fisherman, once caught a 5+ pound bass in Central Park
