Adam Gallen
Adam rejoined GLC in 2012 to focus on M&A and capital raising assignments. He is a career investment banker, having previously held positions at Financo, Jefferies and Deutsche Bank. Adam has worked across a broad array of industries including consumer products, media and entertainment, marketing services, e-commerce, energy, industrials and technology. He has been a primary agent or team member in the successful closing of over 30 transactions valued at approximately $4.5 billion. Adam graduated with a BA in Economics and a Certificate in Markets and Management Studies from Duke University.
Brett Shisler
Prior to joining GLC, Brett was a Senior Associate at Madison Williams & Company where he managed a team of analysts and associates in executing transactions and financial advisory engagements in the natural resource and energy sectors. Prior to Madison Williams, Brett was an Associate at Quad-C Management sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities including recapitalizations, corporate divestitures, management buyouts and distressed debt. Brett graduated with a BS in Industrial Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Antoine Farris
Prior to GLC, Antoine worked in the Corporate Financial Advisory Group at SCAS Capital and Accordion Partners. Prior to SCAS, Antoine was a Manager in the Corporate Development and Business Strategy Group at Dubai Holding, a sovereign wealth fund for the emirate of Dubai. He began his investment banking career as an Associate in the Technology, Media and Telecom Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, and a MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.
Analysts
Ross Anderson
Prior to joining GLC, Ross completed an internship at Christman, Peters & Madden. He received his BA from the University of Connecticut.
Clay McCoy
Prior to joining GLC, Clay worked in the Securitization Finance (ABCP) Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch structuring secured lending warehouse facilities across multiple asset classes. He began his career with Ernst & Young in their assurance practice, focusing on distressed telecommunications. Clay has a BA in Economics & Commerce and Psychology from Hampden-Sydney College, a Masters of Science in Accountancy from Wake Forest, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
