John Bayne joined GLC in 2007 from the Alternative Investment Division at Credit Suisse (the former DLJ Private Equity Group). As a financial analyst in the Customized Fund Investment Group, Mr. Bayne was part of the investment team conducting due diligence for fund partnership investments and direct co-investments. At GLC, Mr. Bayne is involved in all phases of the transaction process, including industry and financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and the preparation of offering and presentation materials.

Mr. Bayne received a Bachelor of Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin in 2005.
