Mark DeGennaro is the Managing Partner of Gruppo, Levey & Co. With more than twenty years of combined business and legal experience in a variety of industries, including direct marketing, media and entertainment, Mr. DeGennaro brings extensive experience in structuring and negotiating transactions to the firm and its clients. He manages deal execution teams and is involved in transactions in all aspects of the firm’s focal segments, with experience in numerous bankruptcy related buyouts and restructurings.

Prior to joining GLC as a Managing Director in 1998, Mr. DeGennaro was an attorney with White & Case, where he worked on litigation, corporate control, mergers and acquisitions and securities matters in the banking and entertainment industries. Previously, Mr. DeGennaro worked for McGrath, North, Mullin & Kratz P.C., where he advised clients on intellectual property issues.
