Mihir J. Shah is a Vice President at Gruppo, Levey & Co. and is a member of the firm’s Restructuring and M&A advisory practice. Mr. Shah’s 10-year career in the leveraged finance and investment banking industries includes experience executing M&A advisory and capital markets transactions.

Mr. Shah is a former member of the Leveraged Finance Group at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (“Citigroup”), where he executed and structured a variety of LBO, recapitalization, acquisition finance and refinancing transactions. Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Shah was a member of The Bank New York’s Merchant Banking Group where he executed M&A advisory and Mezzanine Investment engagements, and a member of the Large Cap Investment Banking Group at Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Shah’s capital markets and M&A advisory experience includes representing numerous companies in the media, telecommunication, industrial, retail and building product industries.

Mr. Shah holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Information Systems from NYU’s Stern School of Business where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
