Elliot Ross joined GLC in 2008 from the Financial Service Office at Ernst & Young LLP. As a Senior Auditor in the Asset Management Sector, Mr. Ross was responsible for conducting and supervising audits of large private equity complexes and attesting to the reasonableness of the valuations of their investments and the incentive fee calculations. At GLC, Mr. Ross is involved in all phases of the transaction process including industry and financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and the preparation of offering and presentation materials.

Mr. Ross received a B.B.A. with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University and an M.S. in Accountancy from the McIntire School of Commerce of the University of Virginia. Mr. Ross is a Certified Public Accountant.
