Harrison Sapru

Managing Director

Harrison Sapru joined Gruppo, Levey & Co. in 2007 as a Managing Director from CastleOak Securities, L.P, where he was a Managing Director and Head of Financial Advisory. Mr. Sapru has over 14 years of experience in investment banking, advising corporate clients and private equity firms in M&A and capital market transactions in the US and internationally.

Previously, Mr. Sapru was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, UBS and Bear Stearns, where he advised on transactions valued at over $50 billion in several sectors, including consumer products, financial services, energy, industrial and technology. Mr. Sapru worked with some of the largest multinational corporations, including ABN Amro, Ahold, Axa/DLJ, Citigroup, Enron, Fletcher Building, Prudential, Renaissance Re, UniCredit and Waddell & Reed. Mr. Sapru was also a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and a Principal at The Product Venture Group, a NY-based principal investment and advisory firm focusing on consumer products and technology companies.

Mr. Sapru graduated with an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Operations Research from Columbia University.
