Tim Schwarz joined GLC as a Managing Director in Structured Finance. Tim has over 20 years of experience in the power and renewable energy sector.

Prior to joining GLC, Tim was a Managing Director in the Global Power and Utility Group at Morgan Stanley executing numerous global M&A transactions and assisting clients with complex capital formation strategies, utilizing a broad spectrum of capital markets products.

Tim received a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Some things people may not know about Tim:

• First job was washing dishes in the kitchen at Legal Seafood in Boston
• Has played pick-up basketball with Larry Bird, street hockey with Bobby Orr and had a game of catch in center field at Fenway Park
• Moonlights at night as a roadie for his wife’s rock band
